Facilities at Sandbanks holiday Flatlets

'Sandbanks' is ideally situated on the sea-front, just a few strides away from a safe, sandy beach and has superb views over the bay. There are excellent local shops for all immediate needs.

The town centre is within level walking distance. Bus routes are nearby. The flatlets are all-electric and are tastefully furnished, fully carpeted and well equipped for an enjoyable self-catering holiday. Provided for your comfort are modern fold-away beds complete with duvets, blankets, bed linen and pillows. Baby Belling cookers, refrigerators and television. All you need to bring is personal towels.

There are adequate bathroom and toilet facilities. Each flatlet has H. & C. water, a shaver point and its own small south facing balcony which overlooks the sea and Preston Green.

'SANDBANKS' is a modern property, most suitable for couples and small families of up to four persons. The tariff is inclusive of hot water, electricity and T.V. BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS

NOTE All accommodation is on the first floor where there are adequate bath and toilet facilities. High standards of cleanliness and comfort are maintained throughout, with wall-to-wall carpeting, modem equipment, shaving lights and shaver points. Each flatlet has French windows opening on to a small, south-facing balcony with beautiful views over the bay to Brixham and Berry Head.

FLATLET 1. Suitable for up to four persons when used in conjunction with Bedroom 2. A luxury flatlet with fold-away double bed, TV., electric cooker, refrigerator, and a large window providing superb, panoramic views of the whole bay. Balcony with sea-views.

FLATLET 3. Suitable for up to four persons when used in conjunction with Bedroom 2. A comfortable, two- roomed apartment, consisting of lounge/bedroom with fold-away double bed and T.V., separate kitchen/dinette with electric cooker and refrigerator. Balconies with sea-views. There is room in the dinette for a folding bed for a child at an extra charge of £20 per week.

FLATLET 5. Suitable for up to three persons when used in conjunction with Bedroom 2. A smaller, comfortable flatlet with fold-away double bed, T.V., electric cooker and refrigerator. Balcony with sea-views.

BEDROOM 2. An extra bedroom for use with any of the flatlets. This has a two-tier bunk bed. Alternatively, a single bed can be provided. The room has a washbasin with H. & C. and colour TV. Beautiful sea-views. These well sought after holiday flatlets are available for early and late season bookings

All prices are based on two person occupancy. Your booking includes bed linen, electricity, hot water, T.V, radio, microwave, kettle, electric iron and ironing board.

Bookings can be made via telephone, email or in person and a £15.00 booking fee per week is required to secure the flatlet.

Flatlets are available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Booking dates are based on a Saturday to Saturday week, please enquire if you wish to stay at different times and we will try to accommodate you.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1.The following conditions, together with the terms, tariff and conditions shown elsewhere, shall be binding upon the Proprietors and upon all persons reserving accommodation at 'Sandbanks', 1 Marine Parade, Paignton.

2.The flatlets and facilities are for the use of resident guests only, unless otherwise arranged with the Proprietors.

3.Resident guests may park their cars on the drive at 'Sandbanks' on the understanding that they do so at their own risk.

4.The Proprietors shall not be liable to any person for personal injury, or for loss of or damage to guests' property or belongings however caused or sustained.

5.Guests shall be liable to the Proprietors for any breakages, loss or damage to the premises, its fixtures or contents.
